If you’re trying to claim your store but haven’t received a verification email, it may be because the email address we have on file is incorrect or out of date.
This can happen if your store has changed contact details, ownership, or if the original email is no longer in use.
How to fix it
If you don’t have access to the email address linked to your store, you can request an update from our team.
Simply get in touch with us and include:
- Your store name
- Your store location
- Your correct contact email address
- Any supporting details (such as your website or social profiles)
This helps us verify your request and update your store safely.
What happens next?
Once we’ve reviewed your request:
- We’ll update the email address linked to your store
- You’ll receive a new verification email
- You can then complete the claim process as normal
