How the booking system works
Revide makes it easier for brides to book appointments with your store — in a way that works with your current setup.
We support different booking methods depending on how your store currently manages appointments.
If you use Acuity Scheduling
If your store already uses Acuity Scheduling, Revide can connect directly to your existing system.
This means:
- Your availability is pulled through to Revide
- Brides can book appointments based on your real-time availability
- Bookings are managed within your existing system
There’s no need to change how you currently work — Revide simply helps bring more bookings into your calendar.
If you use another booking system (or none at all)
If you don’t use Acuity Scheduling, bookings are handled via a simple enquiry form.
When a bride requests an appointment:
- You’ll receive their enquiry by email
- You can respond and confirm the appointment directly
- You remain in full control of your booking process
This allows you to start receiving enquiries through Revide without needing to change your current setup.
What brides experience
From the bride’s perspective, the process is simple:
- They discover your store on Revide
- They choose a suitable date or submit an enquiry
- They receive confirmation directly from you
The goal is to make booking your store as easy and seamless as possible.
