Why can't some stores take bookings online?

Every bridal store works differently.

While many stores offer instant online booking through Revide, others prefer to review appointment requests manually.

Why is this?

Some stores:

  • personally manage their diary
  • have not yet completed their booking setup
  • use a different booking process
  • prefer to confirm appointments themselves

This allows stores to provide a more personalised experience and helps ensure brides receive the best possible service.

Does this mean the store isn't accepting appointments?

Not at all.

Many stores that don't offer instant booking are still actively accepting appointments.

Instead of booking instantly, you'll simply be able to send an appointment request and continue the conversation through Revide.

Every store is unique

Revide supports different ways of working because every bridal store is unique.

Our goal is to make connecting with stores simple, regardless of how they manage their appointments.
