How do I cancel?
If your appointment was booked through Revide, simply visit your appointment details and follow the steps to cancel or contact the store through Messages.
If your appointment was made directly with the store or through another booking provider, please follow the instructions provided by the store.
Will I be charged?
Every store has its own cancellation policy.
Some stores offer complimentary appointments, while others may charge a booking fee or have a cancellation policy in place.

Can I reschedule instead?
