Step 1: Sync your opening hours
After connecting Acuity:

- Click the pencil icon.
- Select Sync from provider.
Revide will import your latest opening hours from Acuity.
Important
Opening hours are read-only and are managed by your connected provider.
If you make changes to your opening hours in Acuity, simply click Sync from provider again to update them in Revide.
Step 2: Sync your appointment types
Next:
- Go to My Store.
- Click Edit Appointment Types in the top-right corner.
- Select Sync Acuity Scheduling Types.
Revide will automatically import your appointment types from Acuity.
For example:
- First Date
- Second Date
- Final Date (Dress Collection)
Any future appointment types you create in Acuity can also be imported by running the sync again.
All done!
Once these two steps are complete, your store is ready to start receiving bookings through Revide.
Your availability is now live
Revide automatically pulls your availability from Acuity.
This means:
- Brides only see times you've made available.
- Your calendar stays accurate and up to date.
- No double bookings.
- No manual calendar updates.
- Brides can start booking instantly.
Brides can start booking
When a bride books through Revide:
- The appointment is created in your Acuity calendar.
- The booking follows your existing rules and availability.
- You continue to manage everything inside Acuity.
Nothing changes to the way you already work.
You stay in control
Revide never overrides your booking settings.
You continue to control:
- Opening hours
- Availability
- Appointment types
- Booking rules
- Limits and buffers
- Deposits and payment settings
Changes should still be made inside Acuity Scheduling.
