What happens after you connect Acuity Scheduling

Once your Acuity Scheduling account is connected, your store is ready to start receiving bookings through Revide.

Everything is designed to work seamlessly with your existing setup — no changes required.

Your availability is now live

Revide automatically pulls your availability from Acuity.

This means:

  • Brides only see times you’ve made available
  • Your calendar stays accurate and up to date
  • No double bookings or manual updates

Brides can start booking instantly

Your store profile now supports direct booking.

When a bride books:

  • The appointment is created in your Acuity calendar
  • The booking follows your existing rules and availability
  • You manage everything as normal within Acuity

You stay in control

Revide does not override your booking settings.

You continue to control:

  • Availability and working hours
  • Appointment types
  • Booking limits and rules

All changes should still be made inside Acuity.

What you should check next

To get the most out of your connection, we recommend:

  • Reviewing your availability in Acuity
  • Checking your appointment types are clear and up to date
  • Making sure your store profile on Revide is fully completed

Troubleshooting

If bookings aren’t appearing as expected:

  • Check your API key is correctly added
  • Confirm your account is connected
  • Review your availability settings in Acuity

Not seeing bookings yet?

That’s normal at the start.

Make sure your store is:

  • Fully set up
  • Approved and live on Revide
  • Easy for brides to discover
