How do I reschedule?

If your appointment was booked through Revide, you can contact the store directly through Messages or follow the instructions provided with your booking.

Will I lose my appointment fee?

Every store has its own booking and cancellation policies.

If you've paid an appointment fee, we recommend checking the store's terms or contacting the store directly for further information.

How much notice should I give?

As much as possible.

Bridal stores dedicate time, fitting rooms and stylists to each appointment, so providing plenty of notice helps them offer appointments to other brides and deliver the best experience for everyone.

Can I choose a different day or appointment type?

In many cases, yes.

The store will be able to advise on their availability and help you find another appointment that works for you.

Life happens

Unexpected things happen, and bridal stores understand that.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, simply let the store know as soon as possible and they'll do their best to help.
