What happens if I don't respond to an appointment request?
Appointment requests are designed to help you start connecting with brides, even before you've completed your booking setup.
If you receive an appointment request and don't respond immediately, don't worry — nothing is automatically confirmed.
The appointment will remain in your Messages
All appointment requests are stored inside your Messages area, allowing you to return and respond when you're ready.
Until you confirm the booking, the requested appointment time is not reserved or guaranteed.
The bride is waiting to hear from you
Appointment requests are simply a way for brides to express interest in booking with your store.
Responding promptly helps provide a great experience and increases the chances of converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Can I still reply later?
Yes.
You can return to the conversation and continue communicating with the bride at any time.
If the original appointment time is no longer suitable, you can suggest an alternative time and continue the conversation through Revide.
I haven't finished setting up my store yet
Many stores begin receiving appointment requests before they've completed their setup.
This allows you to start benefiting from Revide immediately while preparing your Appointment Types, Store Availability or connecting a booking provider.
