Why can't I see the bride's contact details?

To help create a trusted experience for both brides and stores, communication takes place within Revide.

This means that a bride's personal contact details are not shared during the appointment request process.

How can I communicate with the bride?

You can message the bride directly through the conversation inside your Messages area.

Whether you need to:

  • ask a question
  • discuss availability
  • suggest an alternative appointment time
  • confirm details

everything can be managed through Revide.

Will I receive the bride's email address or phone number?

At this stage, communication remains within Revide throughout the booking journey.

This allows both brides and stores to manage conversations in one place and helps ensure nothing gets lost between emails, text messages or social media platforms.

Do I need the bride's contact details to manage the enquiry?

No.

Everything you need to communicate with the bride and manage the appointment is available within Revide.
